Once a license key has been issued and delivered, refunds are not available. License keys are software products that cannot be returned after access.

If payment was processed but license activation fails due to a system error, contact support for a full refund or manual license activation.

The free tier has no cost and no refund applies.

Contact support@fideantech.com with your payment reference if you believe a refund is warranted. Each request is reviewed on its merits.

Disputed payments without prior contact may result in license termination.
